Back Roads Bee Return Policy

 

At Back Roads Bee, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because of this custom production process, we can only accept returns or offer replacements for products that arrive damaged or have a printing error.

Please review our full policy below before placing your order.


Returns and Replacements

We only accept returns or replacements if:

  • The product arrives damaged, or

  • There is a manufacturing or printing defect

If your item meets these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@backroadsbee.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

If your return or replacement request is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided.


Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

  • Minor color variations

Please double-check the sizing charts and product details before ordering.


Color Variation Disclaimer

Please note that colors may appear differently due to variations in screen settings, lighting, and device displays. While we do our best to ensure accurate color representation, slight color differences between what you see on your screen and the final product are not considered defects.
