Back Roads Bee operates an online retail store offering made-to-order products fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners  (“Fulfillment Partners” or "Print Partners"). Each order you place has been designed by Back Roads Bee and is custom printed and shipped directly by one of these partners.

By purchasing from our site, you acknowledge and agree that production, packaging, and shipping are handled by these independent companies on our behalf.

2. Products and Availability

Because our items are produced on demand:

  • Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes.

  • Slight color, size, or placement variations may occur between what appears on your screen and the final product.

  • We cannot guarantee stock availability of specific styles, colors, or variants.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

3. Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are made to order. Production times vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner but typically range from 2–7 business days before shipment.

Shipping times depend on the carrier, location, and fulfillment center. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer,

  • Delivery issues caused by the carrier, customs, or weather conditions, or

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

4. Returns and Replacements

In short:

  • We only replace or refund items that arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing/printing defect. Any issue must be reported within 7days of delivery with photo evidence to have your return or refund approved.

  • We do not accept returns for sizing errors, buyer’s remorse, or color variations.

We use secure third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.) to handle transactions. By completing a purchase, you agree to their terms as well.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Back Roads Bee and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or purchase of any product.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
