Thank you for shopping at Back Roads Bee! Because our products are made to order and fulfilled by multiple print partners, shipping times and rates can vary. Please review the information below to understand how our process works.
1. Order Fulfillment

Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 2–7 business days after purchase.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take longer.

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages from different fulfillment centers.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced, it will ship directly from the fulfillment partner’s facility. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the printing partner’s shipping network.
Typical delivery estimates:

U.S. orders: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

Canada: 7–15 business days after fulfillment

International: 10–30 business days after fulfillment
Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, product type, and the print partner’s rates. Because we work with multiple printing partners, shipping prices may differ between products and are subject to change without notice.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active after shipment.
If you ordered multiple products, you may receive more than one tracking number as items may ship separately.
5. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for:

Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs,

Packages lost or stolen after being marked “delivered,” or

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If you still need assistance, email us at support@backroadsbee.com and we’ll do our best to help.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.
7. International Orders & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the package reaches your country.
These charges are be the customer’s responsibility and are be included in the product or shipping cost.

Because we work with multiple print providers, each item may be produced and shipped from different facilities or countries. This allows us to deliver high-quality, made-to-order products efficiently — but also means:
